How many branches do you have?

Hawaii FCU only has 1 branch located in Kalihi at 1244 Kaumualii St. However, we are part of the Shared Branch network which allows you to do selected transactions at other participating locations. Please visit www.hicuso.com for locations in Hawaii or www.co-opfs.org for locations outside of Hawaii.

Do I have a spending limit on my debit card?

Yes. Debit cards have a daily aggregate withdrawal limit of $1,005 for all Point-of-Sale transactions (POS) and $505 for all ATM withdrawals.

Do I need to notify the credit union that I’ll be traveling?

Yes. Please notify us if you will be travelling outside of Hawaii to avoid any disruptions with your ATM card, Debit card or Credit Card.

Your account is charged an Inactive Fee when it has had no activity within 24 months and the balance is less than $1,000.

What is Regulation D?

Regulation D or Reg D is a Federal Reserve board regulation that limits the number of pre-authorized/automatic/telephonic withdrawals and transfers from a savings or money market account to six per month. Transactions done at a branch or ATM machine are not counted.
